Exercises to tackle stress

Headaches, fatigue, tiredness, constipation and lack of energy are some of the symptoms that stress generates in people, in addition to difficulties at work and personal level. No one is exempt from suffering this physical and emotional condition since this feeling can come from thoughts and / or the environment in which we operate, in any case, it is necessary to find a quick solution.

There are two types of stress, one is where there are episodes of stress, which are unleashed thanks to the moments of danger or fulfillment of commitments, which helps us to react proactively. And another type of stress is chronic, this tends to last longer and is the one that can generate health problems, usually caused by money, family and work concerns, among others. It is then when the body reacts and releases hormones to the brain that make it more alert looking for self-protection.

High blood pressure, obesity and depression are some of the alerts issued by the body and which we cannot ignore, it is time to take action and prevent this condition from progressing and ending up in a bigger problem. With the fast pace of life sometimes it is inevitable not to suffer stress, sometimes we seek to spend a weekend in a spa, or go out to see a good movie to clear our heads, but we must be aware that it is not enough, because then we’ll return to the same stress environment.
