How do I take my measurements for a custom faja?

To create a truly custom fit, you’ll need to measure the following areas accurately:

• Waist –  Measure around your natural waistline, which is usually the narrowest part of your torso, above the belly button and below the ribs.
• Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape is level all the way around.
• Thigh – Measure the circumference of the widest part of your upper thigh, near the groin.
• Torso Length – Measure from your crotch up to the base of your bust (underbust area). This vertical measurement helps ensure the faja fits your body length properly.

When will my custom-made faja order be shipped?

For customised fajas and garments, please allow 1–2 working days for processing before your order is shipped. Each piece is carefully tailored to your measurements, which requires additional preparation time to ensure the perfect fit. Once ready, your order will be dispatched promptly, and you’ll receive tracking information via email. Click here for more information regarding our shipping policy.

Can I return my custom faja?

Because custom fajas are made-to-order based on your unique measurements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product. If you believe there is an issue with your order:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• Include photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue.
• Once approved, the unused item must be returned within 2 business days using the prepaid return label we provide.
