Size exchange
Know in detail all our privacy policies, size changes, shipments, terms and conditions and other regulations of your interest before making any purchase.
You have 48 hrs. to notify us if you would like an exchange from the date of item receipt.
All exchangeable products must meet the following:
- Unworn (only tried on for size)
- Unstained (make up, fake tan, stains, marks etc)
- Unwashed
- Free of scents (perfume, tobacco smoke or laundry detergent etc)
- No animal or pet hair
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
- Complete with original packaging
- In its original packaging, containing all its parts and accessories
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the above procedures have not been followed.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For you own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and keep your receipt safe. We do not offer free returns (postage must be paid by customers). The item will remain on hold until this fee is paid.
If you order the wrong size and would like an exchange please send a prepaid envelope as we would not cover for re-postage costs.
PLEASE NOTE
The original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived
(thanks to free shipping promotion), refunds will be made excluding shipping fee (flat rate of £5)
FAULTY ITEMS
We only change garment in the case of manufacture imperfection, material or sewing issues or receive the wrong item. If the customer has any issues with the garment, she/he has 48 hrs after receiving the garment to contact us at help@4bellu.com, providing visual evidence of the misfit.
SELF-MEASUREMENT
Every customer is responsible for the measurements taken. 4Bellu produces the garments based on the measures reported by the customer and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of those. If the customer reports incorrect measurements and the garment produced by 4Bellu does not fit the client body or it is oversized, 4Bellu will not change the product or make any kind of refund of the money.
PLEASE NOTE
Latex products – Upon removing your product from the packaging for the first time, a strong latex smell or odor maybe apparent, but this soon wears off. The latex panels may also come with a white or powdery film on it, as well as glossy or oily patches, however these are not a sign of item being used, dirty or defected. These products arrive like this from the factory, in order to help protect the latex. The products may also have glue residue marks on seams or circle glue spots, this is not a quality issue. All our waist trainers are individually hand made.
