Know in detail all our privacy policies, size changes, shipments, terms and conditions and other regulations of your interest before making any purchase.
All prices quoted on our website are shown GBP, and they do not include taxes, duties or shipping. However, in most countries there is an exemption quota that allows some merchandise (depending on the value of the package) to be received free from taxes and duties. This quota varies from country to country and we would advise you to check with your country’s custom and tax department about this, just to be sure. Please note that 4Bellu is not responsible for any possible taxes and duties, this is to be covered by the customer
Shipping costs are to be covered solely by the customer and these are calculated by the website depending on the weight and size of the order using Royal Mail’s current rates. These rates are subject to change and maybe amended annually if their pricing changes.
Confirmation emails of purchase will always be sent to the email provided upon completion of order placement.
Please note that 4Bellu is not responsible for the delay of the shipping company or customs matters.
4Bellu is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address that the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
4Bellu is not responsible if the shipping company loses a package, or If your order has been delivered but you haven’t received, in both cases, the customer should contact the corresponding courier company and request a written evidence of the answer they gave you.
Next day delivery is only offer on orders placed before 3pm and on working days. If you’ve placed your order after 3pm please expect you parcel to be sent the next working day and you will received the following working day.
For customised fajas/garments please allow 1-2 working days before you order is shipped.
The time stipulated time for shipping our products only contemplates working days. This time varies depending on the courier, you will be given a tracking number to trace your order after dispatch
