Know in detail all our privacy policies, size changes, shipments, terms and conditions and other regulations of your interest before making any purchase.

We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any of our products.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, Due to the nature of the product and its intended use as an undergarment, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or offer exchanges/refunds for any reason except production error or if the wrong size has been shipped.

If the customer has any issues with the garment, she/he has 48 hrs after receiving the garment to contact us at help@4bellu.com, providing visual evidence of the misfit.

In case we establish the need to exchange your garment, you will need to first ship it back to us within the next 2 business days after one of our representatives tells you so we can proceed with the new garment once we receive either your tracking number or your unused garment. Please send a prepaid envelope as we would not cover for re-postage costs.

Our products are considered underwear and are used in most of the cases for a postsurgical process. This makes that human fluids impregnate the garment, and we want to maintain our product with the optimal quality without putting risk to someone else.

All our shapers whether standard sizes or made to measure are for post-surgical use and classified as an undergarment. This means returns are not accepted under any circumstances and no refunds will be issued.

 You understand that customized products on our website upon order are non-returnable or refundable once an order has been placed, and there will be no refund for shipping fees unless you received items damaged or other than what you ordered.

If there is a sizing issue, remember that every client takes their own measures and the measures that each client submitted into the form are the ones we consider as the real ones. We will not assume responsibility or change products if the measurements were not taken correctly.

We reserve the right to make refunds when we considered it necessary or/and stop communication with a client in the case that hate speech is detected, we have ZERO tolerance with disrespectful and offensive communication with us.

 If your faja does not fit, we will need evidence. It can be through pictures, videos, or video calls. If the client does not want to cooperate and send the proper proof that the faja does not fit. She/he can send the garment back, and once we check that the garment hasn’t been used, we would make the refund with a 30% discount that corresponds to the expenses of production. The shipping price won’t be refunded. The photo/videos that the client sends as evidence would not be used in other purposes different that to keep track of your order, understand how it fits, and give a proper solution to your enquiry.
