This extender is the new accessory to your stage two garment, allowing you faja one size more. you can order a smaller size and get this extender so as your swelling goes down you will move in the hooks and wont have to have it taken in so soon.
If you order the extender after your faja. Please, count how many hooks your garment has from bottom to top, to determine which is the length you need.
